Contactless Pick Up

Step 1. Shop Online. Find your products and Checkout.

Please place the order online and choose Pick Up as a shipping method.

There are instructions below how to choose pick up as a shipping method.

Step 2. Collect your order.

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a SMS and/or Email.

If you could reply us your estimated arrival time that would be helpful.

When you arrive to pick up your order, please call us (09-218-6888) and wait outside the front door.
If there are other customers, please keep 2m social distance from each other.

The big table will be in between you and our staff.

We will not check your order through your phone since we try to make it as contactless.

We will check your order number and account name used for that order.

We are doing our best to make this as contactless pick up for your own safety and for Urban Vape team's safety.

Alcohol Hand Sanitizer will also be ready for you on the table to use.
