With the holiday season just around the corner, it's important to acknowledge the increase in mail volume that our Postal Services will be handling during this busy period. Whether you're sending or receiving vape items within New Zealand or Australia, it's essential to be aware of the critical shipping cutoff dates provided by NZ Post to ensure smooth transactions.

Critical Shipping Updates

New Zealand

Up to 1 day delay for inter-island parcels for delivery in the South Island (excl. Christchurch).
On public holidays, orders will not be processed and dispatched.

Christmas deadline: Wednesday, 20 December 2023 (Rural - 19th December 2023)
The last day for deliveries to reach you for Christmas is in accordance with information provided by NZ Post. 

Please note that this is a target date and is subject to NZ Post guidelines.
 
Last day for online orders to be processed before Christmas: Friday 22 December 2023
All orders placed by 2pm on Friday 22 December 2023 will be processed and dispatched before Christmas.
 
Post-Christmas delivery schedule: Wednesday 27th December 2023
Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday 22 December 2023 will be processed and delivered on Wednesday 27 December 2023.


Orders placed on 30th-31st Dec and 1st-2nd Jan 2024 will be dispatched on 3rd Jan 2024.

Australia

During the holiday season, it is anticipated that the delivery may experience some delays.
On public holidays, orders will not be processed and dispatched.

Last day for online orders to be processed before Christmas: Friday 22 December 2023
All orders placed by 2 pm on Friday 22 December 2023 will be processed and dispatched before Christmas.
 
Post-Christmas delivery schedule: Wednesday 27th December 2023
Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday 22 December 2023 will be processed and delivered on Wednesday 27 December 2023.


Orders placed on 30th-31st Dec and 1st-2nd Jan 2024 will be dispatched on 3rd Jan 2024.
